Trilogi University Library is an information center and learning resource whose primary function is to support the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, which includes education, research, and community service. To fulfill its function, the library has the following objectives:
1. Supporting the implementation of education and instruction aimed at professional expertise in the fields of economics, management, accounting, teacher education, science, technology, and design.
2. Providing adequate collections to facilitate applied research for the development of economics, management, accounting, teacher education, science, technology, and design.
3. Utilizing its collections to support the implementation of community service.
The total book collection consists of 7,359 titles and 13,687 copies. The library collection consists of:

5. Theses, dissertations, and final projects
6. Annual reports

Trilogi University Library Members All academic community members, permanent Trilogi employees, and part-time lecturers registered for the current semester. Membership can be obtained by submitting an application, under the condition of: Filling out the form.
1. Bags, folders, food, and beverages are not permitted inside the library.
2. The library is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
3. Visitors are required to fill in the visitor information form provided before entering the library.
4. Visitors are required to help maintain peace, order, security, and cleanliness within the library.
5. Visitors are required to properly handle and take care of all library materials and collections.
6. Visitors are required to dress neatly and appropriately.
Members of the Trilogi University Library are permitted to borrow library collections for use outside the library or for reading on-site, subject to the following regulations:
A. Number of Collections and Loan Period
✦ Students: 3 titles (3 copies) for 2 weeks.
✦ Full-Time Lecturer Members: 5 titles (5 copies) for 1 semester, specifically for teaching purposes.
✦ Part-Time Lecturer Members: 3 titles (3 copies) for 1 month.
✦ Full-Time Non-Lecturer Staff: 2 titles (2 copies) for 2 weeks.
✦ Alumni: 2 titles (2 copies) for 2 weeks.
B. Members may extend the loan period once, for an additional 1 week, provided that the borrowed collection has not been reserved by another member.
C. Lecturer members who borrow library collections specifically for teaching purposes are not permitted to extend the loan period.
D. Reference collections may only be read inside the Reference Room, subject to the following regulations:
✦ If a reference collection needs to be photocopied, please contact the library staff.
✦ A maximum of 2 reference titles may be used at the same time.
✦ Final Projects/Theses may only be read on-site and may not be photocopied.
✦ Journals and magazines may only be read in the Reference Room.
✦ A fine of Rp2,000 per day will be charged for overdue books.
✦ Lost books must be replaced with the same book or compensated at twice the original price of the book.
✦A fee will be charged for lost baggage claim numbers.
